Wanna hear a story?
Today, I went to sembawang hot springs cos all my muscles are starting to ache. I just need a natural “massage”. When I immersed those tight muscles into the spring water, it kinda have electric shocks (like semut2) and kinda “massage” ur aching joints. Shiok! It takes away the pain, the tiredness and rejuvenate…Trylah, dont be shy!
I get to know more people. I kept seeing this man lying at the metallic cover for drains. I think perhaps, he’s trying out “natural sauna” and I’m right …but he has been doing that for 3 months for almost everyday!
He said last time, he was very fat and had some dark skin pigmentation at his armpits and other body areas .He had been lying at the exit of the hot air from the hot springs (the so-called “drain”) and had been bathing with the hot spring water here, he has slimed down. He evn showed us how.He also showed us his stomach muscles (kinda motivating for me to slim down!). And he stayed at Bukit Panjang…all the way to Sembawang but luckily he has a motorbike. Now I know why the Japanese love hot springs and why they said sauna can burn fats and can make u slim down
So interesting! He even tell us to put our face there and ur eyes. Really rejuvanating! The face and eyes felt very fresh!
Anyway, we asked him how long does it take for the water to cool down if we stored it there in the plastic containers for bathing He said it will take about 5 hours. The he further intorduce a man called “ah-huat” (the man who built the shelter above in the pic).
He is unemployed and will help people to cool down the water, just tell him and pay him $2 and he will collect the hot spring water and cooled it down for u so that u can bathe in it. Cool, huh? One of my “gang” asked whether he has handphone so that we can called him in advanced hehhe! But too bad, he dont have…
Anyway, read on my previous post, there are more photos too! U gotta try it, its natural hot spring , the one and only from our own country. And the sulphur is strong (smelled like eggs) .Try it before its Gone…. (u know how rapid Singapore can change)
