Laksa @ fork and spoon

Location: Toa Payoh HDB hub
2nd floor near courts.
Open : 8am but only breakfast, others open at 10am.

Visited fork and spoon whenever i visited the toa payoh HDB hub. Wanted to eat Ban mian noodles but still not ready. (came at 9.30am) so got myself these…

Fishballs are nice and springy. If only there were more balls. This whole bowl will not make u full. Maybe water/soup full (kembung air). The other two noodles are much better.
U can choose what type of noodles u want in ur laksa/fishball/minced meat noodles.

Minced chicken noodle (dry) plus soup (included)- Nice! I like the shitake mushroom, so moist succulent. I like this soup than the fishball noodles soup. Dunno why, maybe different stock, perhaps?

But before that…(breakfast+lunch)

Breakfast set. just nice to start your day with. Thick coffee plus halfboiled eggs and kaya toast with added margarine/butter.

Hot Tau suan dessert. (consist of mung beans which are green beans without skin and tapioca starchy sweet gravy eaten with flour fried fritters called char kuey)
