After many failed attempts of trying to eat @ golden Mile food centre(wrong timings) favourite MEe siam of mine, I decided to make my own.
I went to a website and try out their recipe and edit to suit my taste. But one thing for sure, I was in the dark about the prawns broth. i never knew mee siam need prawns broth and coconut (like mamak mee siam). so Itried witht he prawns head and skin to make the broth. WAH! shioklah..the prawns broth add some natural sweetness in the gravy. the coconut also adds some “lemak” in the mee siam. Yummy. Come on try it!
