Mamak rojak is a mixture of fried food e.g bean curd, tempeh, fish cake, cuttlefish, paru, egg, potato….eaten with red sweet gravy.(made from keledek/sweetpotato)
It is actually unhealthy because normally they will fry again to make it crispy when ordered. items like cuttlefish, meaty items are normally more expensive compared to the flour items..
When I was young, the rojak at Geylang serai is famous for its delicious sauce. Still famous till now. Another favourite place is @ tampines prime mart/s11 near tampines interchange.
