Often, I watched cooking shows whereby the cook will add tons and tons of olive oil.
I knew about this olive oil and I knew its benefits but its high price compared to normal cooking oil turns me off. But now there is an answer. I found these 2 brands of olive oil in 175ml($3) and 250ml extra virgin(3.5).One is from spain and the other turkey.
For newbie like me, u can “berjinak2” trying with these oil and later once u get the hang of it, just buy a big “gallon” which is more economical and fyi -it has no cholestrol, high anti-oxidants, good for stomach,colon cancer prevention…
And try to buy Extra virgin olive oil -BECAUSE it comes from the first “pressing” of the olive, is extracted without using heat (a cold press) or chemicals, and has no “off” flavors..
