I did the Ho’oponopono but he still died…

I was certified Ho’oponopono practitioner last year. But I practised Ho’oponopono for years before that.

It has helped in many of my manifestations and many miracles popped up in my life, unexpectedly.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian technique and it’s very simple.

To Hawaiians, all problems begin as thought. But having thoughts is never the problem.

The problem is that all our thoughts have some form of painful memories-people, places, things etc…

So to solve that is to let go.

When one does Ho’oponopono, what happens is that the Divinity takes the painful thought and neutralizes it or purify it.

It’s so simple. One has just got to say I love you.

But the one thing about Ho’oponopono that most people got wrong was that, they thought they were cleansing or healing another person, or the thing outside themselves.

Ho’oponopono is about taking 100% responsibility for everything happening in “your world”. And cleansing you.

*Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, one of my Mentor, did not encouraged us to share Ho’oponopono unless we felt inspired to do so.

Because there is no outer. Everything is within you.

Everything we face including our clients, we had to send petition to the Divine by saying:

I’m sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you

But what it actually mean is that we are “cleansing ourselves” for whatever is happening in our world.

Now, it can be as simple as just saying “I love you”.

And that simple I love you is a petition that means:

“Dear Divine, I’m sorry. Please forgive me for whatever role I played in creating this unconsciously in my life, and thank you for taking care of it, thank you for releasing it, thank you for cleaning and cleansing it. I love you.”

Because everything is data, we are doing our best to cleanse to get to the “zero limits” so to be inspired on what to do next in regards to our daily challenges and manifestations of dreams and goals.

It’s the same for food.

I’ve gone through many diets and the best diet I had was no diet at all.

This was because all things are good but our thoughts that came with feelings about it was the one that distort the “goodness” of it.

My mentor ate hotdogs often for breakfast.

I too have my sinful indulgences like fried chicken.

When I noticed my weight is off balanced, I knew that my inner thoughts and feelings about the food is not good.

So I just do the Ho’oponopono, feeling grateful and loving the food and the people and animals including Mother Nature behind it.

It’s simple. I say-I love you.

Even kids can do it.

*Dr. Hew Len is the Psychiatrist who “healed” criminally insane patients by not meeting them but just reading their details on file, which ended up the hospital being closed 4 years later because the patients recovered. And what he did was loving them through Ho’oponopono.
